P & L Louttit Total Construction Services is a company owned and operated by Peter and Lee Louttit. With over 40 year’s experience in the building industry, we have operated in the South Coast/Eurobodalla area for the past 27 years. We specialise in high-end residential, educational, industrial and commercial construction projects. We have built a wide range of projects from architecturally designed homes to a full private school campus, St Peter’s Anglican College at Broulee from Kindergarten to Year 12. Other projects include hospitals, industrial sheds, shops, shop fit outs, residential developments, renovations, home extensions and single housing. Our corporate clients include NSW Public Works, NSW Police, NSW Education, Richard Crookes Constructions, Catholic Education Office, Anglican Schools and many more. P & L Louttit Total Construction Services was the winner for Outstanding Business Awards in 2003. We have also proudly trained apprentices who have won the Awards of Excellence at the NSW Training Awards for the Illawarra region in 2007 and 2009.
